QI - Developing and implementing a clear set of brand and operating standards helps clients meet and exceed customers expectations

MYQI

       

MyIQ is QI's online reporting portal and can be integrated a part of the PMI Solution. The site is secure and requires a unique username and password for login.

From this portal, clients can access a range of reports offering effective management and quality assurance tools. Report types include:
• Consumer Audit Reports
• Action Item Reports
• Top Performing Areas Reports
• Compilation Reports

Consumer Audit Reports – Consumer Audit Reports are the most comprehensive of QI's reports providing information on hundreds brand and service standards that were assessed. The reports are broken down into the following components:

Executive Summary – The Executive Summary summarizes the key results via scores, graphs and narrative. Clients can select from a range of Executive Summary formats depending on their requirements. The most common formats include breakdowns of Top/Bottom 5 Performing Areas, Performance Graphs of the operational departments assessed (i.e. Reservations / Bookings, Arrival & Departure, Food & Beverage, etc), and bullet-point summaries of the key service and product standards that were not met during the anonymous visit.

 

The Standards – The largest component of the report consists of the specific brand and operating standards which were assessed during anonymous visit.

This can range from tens to hundreds assessments depending on the client and the number of tests conducted. Clients can download or email the entire report or sub-sections of the report (i.e. Reservations / Bookings, Arrival & Departure, Communications Tests, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Leisure, etc) from MyQI, allowing for a quick and easy method of tracking their service and product performance.

Photographs – Digital photographs are taken of the Guest-room, Bathroom and Stay (i.e. Entrance, Room Service Breakfast, Laundry Delivery, Maid and Turndown Services, bath rooms, etc.) so as to highlight areas of concern related to cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance and presentation.

These photos are typically email to clients, rather than being included in the MyQI site.

 

Consumer Audit Reports – Action Item Reports can be downloaded in Excel format and offer General Managers and Executive Committee members an easy way of drilling into the performance of their service, product and brand standards. The reporting features in MyQI allow managers to identify service level trends, view problem areas and assign actions, owners and timeframes for addressing the areas of concern.

Top Performing Areas Reports can be downloaded in Excel format and allow managers to review service, product or brand standards which have been consistently met over time. This reporting feature allows managers to understand their operational strengths so as to keep them leaders in the industry.

Clients can view a range of Compilation Reports offering trending, benchmarking and data analysis. The vast selection of reports provides our clients with an effective quality assurance tool to monitor Overall Performance, Departmental Performance and Brand Performance.

Bi-annual, annual and seasonal comparisons are available between and within global regions and brands, as well as key indicator snapshots and 3-year trend analysis. As with all of our products, additional customized reports can also be developed upon request.
