MICE AUDITS

       

Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) Audits monitor staff/consumer interaction during the event enquiry process. The audits provide Sales & Marketing and/or Banquet & Conference Directors with critical information that can improve staff service levels and lead to increased revenue generation.

Like all of our programs, the information offered acts as a critical management, monitoring or training tool as it provides managers with objective information on the customer's actual experience, while monitoring specific Sales staff's techniques, such as:

• Promptness of Response
• Qualification Process
• Staff Product Knowledge
• Quality of Sales Proposal
• Follow-up Process
• Overall Customer Experience

 

 

Programs are customized based on our client's requirements and typically include a range of meeting types such as:

• Small Meeting, e.g. Board Meetings

• Medium Meeting: e.g. Product Launch or Training Seminar

• Large Meeting: e.g. Tradeshow or Company Meeting

 

 

 

Upon completion of the program, the Sales & Marketing and/or Banquet & Conference Directors will receive a copy of the completed audit template, together with all written correspondence (emails and sales proposals).

Compilation Reports can also be provided to the corporate offices to monitor global, regional and competitive results and to offer benchmarking and trend analysis.
